Sonic – Annual Preventive Maintenance
The Sonic program is designed to ensure long-term reliability, optimal performance, and maximum system lifespan through a structured two-step approach:
🔹 Remote Check (Technical Call)
Each annual cycle begins with a remote technical check, during which one of our specialists:

Assesses the operational status of the system,

Guides the operator through the verification of key parameters and critical components,

Provides technical and operational recommendations for preventive action.
This step allows for early detection of potential issues and reduces the need for on-site assistance.
🔹 On-site Intervention (only if necessary)
If any issues emerge that cannot be resolved remotely, or if the system cannot be transported to our laboratories for a full inspection, an on-site technical visit will be arranged. This includes:

A thorough functional inspection,

Calibration and operational testing,

Replacement of worn components if required.

Safe+ – Multi Year Warranty
The SAFE+ program is the extended multi-year warranty designed to protect your investment over time. With SAFE+ you can extend the standard 12-month legal warranty up to 36 or 60 months in total, ensuring the peace of mind of a fully covered system with dedicated support.

🔹 Conditions

Spare parts subject to normal wear and consumables are excluded.

Coverage is valid only if the system is maintained in compliance with RI-LAVO’s instructions and subject to periodic inspections.

SAFE+ Premium (60 months) is available only in combination with the SONIC Program.
